For the ninth consecutive year, 3M was recognized for its ethics and integrity in business conduct and compliance by Ethisphere Institute.

In February, Marina Pariseau started as 3M’s chief diversity officer and vice president, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources.

Throughout her career, Michelle Woodard has seen 3M’s promise of progress. Now, as 3M’s first Black chair-elect for the Women’s Leadership Forum, Michelle will advance that promise and help others progress at 3M.

Over the past year and a half, multiple 3M departments have been hard at work freshening up the overall aesthetic of 3M’s corporate headquarters.

3M is planning to invest $470 million and add around 600 new jobs by 2025 to its plant in Clinton, Tennessee.
